We blend excellent grades of South American coffees to create our French Roast. It is the lightest of our three dark roasted coffees. Longer roasting time caramelizes the natural sugars occurring in the coffee beans producing a darker coffee with fuller flavor. French Roast is often paired with a lighter roast coffee to add richness and depth of character.
