Antigua, Guatemala's premier coffee-growing area has the high altitude of 5,000 to 6,000 feet and rich volcanic soil that are ideal for the production of top quality coffee. Guatemalan La Flora del Café from this region is our favorite. The temperate climate, with sunny days and cool nights allows the coffee to mature slowly, concentrating the flavors. All beans are picked by hand, carefully processed and sorted to exact specification to produce this excellent Guatemalan coffee.
