Our Mexican Altura represents the top grade of Mexican coffees. “Altura” indicates that the coffee is cultivated between 1200 and 1500 meters above sea level. Our current stock of Mexican, Pluma Real from the Pluma region of the state of Oaxaca, is soft and sweet, yet still lively and bright. Immaculate preparation results in absence of physical defects and good bean size. We call this coffee “Kona for those on a budget”.
