Pungent Yemen Mocha and heavy-bodied Indonesian coffees were blended before coffee was widely grown around the world. This classic blend is a fine example of combining coffees with different characteristics to create a complex cup of coffee with layers of flavor. We use the traditional Yemen Mocha rather than its less expensive cousin Ethiopian to create a genuine Mocha/Java Blend that has tremendous character, simultaneously smooth and piquant.
