Our Papua New Guinea is produced by the Yha Hauka Kopi cooperative of 670 members who are all growers working to improve the livelihood of their families, as well as others in their community. The processing involves sun-drying the crop at a elevation of approximately 4500 feet. This excellent New Guinea coffee has the creamy body typical of Indonesian coffees balanced by wild fruit notes. Our tasting notes include “fabulous coffee” and “an adventure in every cup”.
