We will ship coffee the next business day after you place an order. We'll deliver to your home, office or any address you request, and we offer several payment options: MasterCard, Visa or American Express.

To order online:

Order online at www.kaffeeklatsch.com.  We follow standard Web protocols to ensure that any financial information you give us remains secure.

We make it easy to shop online by offering several different shopping pathways. The Kaffeeklatsch web site lists all of our coffee.

To order by phone:

Call (256) 539-1636 during our business hours:  Tuesday – Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST or Saturday 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM CST.  If you would like to call at another time you may leave a message.  Please include your name and phone number on all orders or messages.

To order by fax:

Fax your order with your name (as it appears on your credit card), your credit card number and expiration date to (256) 539-1630. Please be sure to include your phone or fax number in case we need to contact you.

To order by mail:

Enclose a completed order form with credit card number and expiration date. Please note: we do not accept cash or COD orders. Be sure to include the appropriate delivery charges for each shipping address.
