Description
Ceylon Lumbini FBOPF (Flowery Broken Orange Pekoe Fannings) is sourced from the Lumbini Estate on the island of Sri Lanka, off the southeastern coast of India. Full bodied, bright, and complex, with an aroma of zesty citrus and malt. In the cup, there are notes of malt, fine tobacco, and juniper, balanced by ginger, lemon, and orange.
Recommendations: Use 1 tsp. (or 2-3 grams) of leaves per 6 oz. of water; heat fresh water to 212°F (rolling boil); steep for 3 minutes.
