Floral and crisp aroma, vibrant and light bodied in the cup. Notes of lemon and spinach up front, with stone fruit, sweet melon, and floral notes in the finish.

Recommendations: Use 1 level tsp. (or 2oz.) of leaves per 6 oz. cup; heat fresh, cold water to about 170°F; steep for 2-3 minutes.
