As the distributor for this group of farms, Galguera Gomez company focuses on organizing and supporting the producers through access to the best agricultural practices. This helps to attain higher quality coffee production and thus higher prices for the producers.

Coffee producers in this area cultivate on farms ranging from 10 to 24 acres and use their own micro-mill to process the harvested cherries. This allows for meticulous care in depulping, fermenting and drying of the coffee. Producers grow at 1,200 to 1,350 masl in a clay mineral soil type. The cherries are prepared in a fully washed method and dried in the sun.
