Lung Ching


Smooth and a little sweet with vegetal notes of sweet peas, bamboo shoots, and lemongrass with a subtle buttery and lemony finish.

The Lung Ching or “Dragon’s Well” is a renowned pan roasted tea from the Longjing Village in Hangzhou, in the Zhejiang province of China.

Recommendations: Use 1 heaping tsp. per 6 oz. cup; heat fresh, cold water to about 170°F; let steep for 2-3 minutes.
