Traditional, fruit and floral notes, soft drinking, great for iced tea.
The infusion has a soft, almost rose-like scent that imparts a pleasing taste that is free of astringency. A very likable, elegant breakfast or afternoon tea. Sweetened and iced, it brings a new dimension to “Southern Sweet Tea”.
Recommendations: Use 1 heaping tsp. per 6 oz. cup; heat fresh water to a rolling boil; steep for 3 minutes. Try with sugar.
