Ceylon Fancy Silver Tip
Soft, with notes of honey, fruit, and roses. A very likable breakfast or afternoon tea. Sweetened and iced, it adds a nice dimension to “Southern Sweet Tea”.
Recommendations: Use 1 level tsp. (or 2 grams) per 6 oz. cup; heat fresh water to a rolling boil; steep for 3 minutes. Try iced with sugar or hot with cream and sugar.
