Description

Soft, with notes of honey, fruit, and roses. A very likable breakfast or afternoon tea from the island of Sri Lanka, off the southeastern coast of India.

Recommendations: Use 1 tsp. (or 2-3 grams) of leaves per 6 oz. of water; heat fresh water to 212°F (rolling boil); steep for 3 minutes.
