    Remarkable aroma with nuances of berries, spices, cocoa and a hint of citrus. In the cup it has heavy, rich body with notes of dark chocolate, Strawberry Bon Bon candy, earthiness and hints of lemon and floralness. Reminiscent of a fruity wine or liquor. Exotic and complex.   • Colombia Narino Pasto


    Pleasing aroma with hints of cocoa, buttery toffee and sweet fruits. Balanced in the cup with notes of cocoa and milk chocolate, plum, apple and berry. Smooth, medium body.

  • Costa Rica Finca Rosa Linda – Mariposa


    The aroma is sweet with nuances of sugar, chocolate and fruits. In the cup this coffee is well balanced with a subtle sweet finish and has a creamy, medium body. Notes of dark chocolate, caramelized sugar, apple, grapefruit and cherry.

  • Costa Rica Hacienda la Pradera Rancho Grande Yellow Honey Geisha


    A delightful cup of coffee worth taking the time to savor. Lovely aroma with citrus and floral notes and a hint of herbs. Smooth, medium body in the cup. Nuances of orange blossoms, lemons, jasmine and rosemary shortbread complement each other for a juicy cup with just a touch of sweetness.

    An alluring coffee with deep flavor and focus. The aroma is full of chocolate and berries. In the cup it’s rich and full bodied with nuances of fudgy dark chocolate, strawberry and blueberry, with a hint of citrus and a pleasing winey feeling as it cools.

    Like the Mexican profile we always like to have around, this coffee is wonderfully sweet and has that lush, creamy body. The honey processing adds some lovely notes not usually found in a washed Mexican though. Along with creamy chocolate notes there is a pleasant balance with hints of orange and tangerine, subtle nuttiness and just a touch of allspice.     This crop has a full aroma with earthy, nutty and sweet notes. Heavy and rich in the cup with a mild brightness. Earthy and chocolately nuances along with a sweet toffee note, almonds and hints of citrus and tropical fruits.
