China Golden Monkey


Beautiful golden-auburn leaves; unusually sweet, chocolatey aroma. Soft and smooth for a black tea, low in tannins, with notes of cocoa, malt, and honeycomb.

Recommendations: Use 2-3 grams (or 2 level tsp.) of leaves per 6 oz. of water; heat fresh water to 212°F (rolling boil); steep for 3 minutes. Good for multiple infusions.
