China Golden Monkey
Beautiful golden-auburn leaves; unusually sweet, chocolatey aroma. Soft and smooth for a black tea, low in tannins, with notes of cocoa, malt, and honeycomb.
Recommendations: Use 1 heaping tsp. per 6 oz. cup; heat fresh water to a rolling boil; let steep for 3-4 minutes. Good for multiple infusions.
