Rich, dark flavor; smooth and complex
We blend excellent grades of coffees from South America with Indonesian coffee to create our complex French Roast. It is the lighter of our dark roasted coffees. Longer roasting time caramelizes the natural sugars occurring in the coffee beans producing a darker coffee with fuller flavor. French Roast is often paired with a lighter roast coffee to add richness and depth of character.
