Description
Full-bodied, hearty, and bright with a pronounced malty flavor. This Assam has a dark, rich liquor with a full, yet clean finish.
Recommendations: Use 2 level tsp. (or 2 grams) per 6 oz. cup; heat fresh water to a rolling boil; steep for 3 minutes. Try with milk and sugar.
